Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

 

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE overnight shipping within New Zealand.

If you are in Auckland and require your order the same day, we can do a same day courier for all orders over $300. The cost for this is $25.

In-store pickup

Click and Collect is available from our store in Auckland City. Please select Click and Collect at checkout.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-5pm on weekdays, 10am-4pm Saturday and 11-4pm Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia: $35

Rest of World: $50 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sunglass Bar is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at vulcanlane@sunglassbar.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
