Returns for online purchases
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Sale items (if applicable).

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at vulcanlane@sunglassbar.com and send your item to: 27 Vulcan Lane Auckland Auckland NZ 1010.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
  • We do not deliver to your area; or
  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us via the original method of payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

In store purchases we are happy to exchange the product or offer a store credit only, no refunds for change of mind.

What is Covered ?

  • Defects in material or workmanship, ensuring your eyewear performs as intended.
  • Coverage extends to the original consumer and can't be transferred.

What is Not Covered ?

  • Commercial use, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, abuse, alterations, modifications, improper repairs or improper storage.
  • Any scratched, fractured, crazed or shattered lenses.
  • Consequential, indirect and incidental damages.

How Long Does the Warranty Last?

The warranty period is on (1) year from documented date of purchase.
